1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:

  • ✔ The wrong item was received

If your order falls into one of these categories, you are fully covered by our policy.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

6. Return Process

After the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with:
